Moreover, the company has set up “Luthai & Clariant Research Center of Textile Dyeing and Finishing” with Clariant from Switzerland, “Dow Industrialization Application Base Textile Materials” together with Dow Chemical Company from America, and “Italy Luthai Design Center” with Paolo Conte, a famous designer from Italy, which is focusing on fashion creation of garment design.
Luthai has also established “The National Collaborative Innovation Center of Key Technologies for Textile Industry” with Donghua University for research on fiber new material technology and critical technologies of ecological dyeing and finishing and with Qingdao University for research on marine biopolymer fibers; “Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center of Advanced Textile Technologies” with Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College for researches of application of new textile materials, new textile products, development of green production technology; and “Product Development Alliance” with Jiangsu Yueda Textile Group for researches of application of new fiber and multi-component blended products and new-type spinning techniques.
